Merrifield, VA Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in mechanical operations, specifically in HVAC and plumbing systems. The candidate will manage and oversee all mechanical operations, ensuring the maintenance and functionality of various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including HVAC and plumbing systems. Provide technical expertise in mechanical system maintenance, including troubleshooting and diagnostics. Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field. VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License. At least 7 years of HVAC experience, including commercial HVAC experience. Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and successful performance in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC. Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
