• Considerable experience in general maintenance
• Superior knowledge of air conditioners and refrigeration units
• Exceptional facility with carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry
• Strong proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
• High skills in troubleshooting electrical equipment issues
• General plumbing maintenance
• Fire and Sprinkler systems experience
• CPO certification or Pool/Spa experience
• Excellent ability to interpret documented safety rules
