- partial ownership opportunity Wisconsin HVAC Qualifier Required Titan Property Management is seeking an experienced professional with an active Wisconsin HVAC Qualifier certification to lead, train, and develop an HVAC team. This is more than a senior technician position. We are looking for a licensed HVAC professional who can help build and lead an HVAC company supported by our established property management operation. The right individual will use their experience to develop a strong, dependable team capable of diagnosing problems, completing quality repairs and installations, working safely, and delivering professional service. Titan provides the established business foundation, HVAC Contractor registration, administrative resources, property portfolio, and consistent supply of HVAC work. You will bring the technical leadership, training experience, and business mindset needed to grow the HVAC company. If you have considered building your own HVAC company but do not want to start alone, this is an opportunity to build something with the support of an established business—and potentially share in its success through part ownership specifically in the HVAC company.
For clarity:
Any potential ownership opportunity applies only to the HVAC company. It does not include ownership in Titan Property Management. The structure, timing, performance expectations, valuation, and financial terms of any ownership arrangement would be separately negotiated and documented.
