We're looking for an Engineering Technician who is eager to make an impact by supporting manufacturing operations, improving processes, and helping bring engineering projects to life. What You'll Do Partner with engineers on product development and manufacturing improvement projects. Perform testing, collect data, and help implement process improvements. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Calibrate testing equipment and measuring devices. Support production teams by providing technical assistance. Assist with installing and setting up new manufacturing equipment. Maintain engineering tools, equipment, and inventory. Help prepare engineering documentation and project schedules. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as needed. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field preferred. At least 2 years of Engineering Technician or manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with manufacturing equipment is required. Experience with batch mixing equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Comfortable performing calculations and analyzing technical data. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and engineering-related software. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Must be able to read and write English. Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Manual dexterity to work with tools and equipment. Comfortable working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment around moving machinery, chemicals, and manufacturing odors while wearing required PPE.
