Job Description

SUMMARY The Process Engineering Technician supports plant safety, product quality, manufacturing/prototype order on-time delivery, and continuous improvement projects within their assigned area of responsibility. The role requires strong collaboration and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Participate in value stream team, productivity, product quality, safety, and waste meetings/projects within area of responsibility
  • Understand and interpret product/work order requirements, product inspection techniques and test procedures
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize process data
  • Other duties may be assigned
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-year of CIT DSC Technician experience or Lead OJT OR High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-year external industrial environment technician job experience
OR AA/AAS
degree, no technician job experience required
