Previous construction experience required. This technician position will include both field and office work. Duties will be highly variable and include the following: • Field work: This position will require performing investigative inspections (including surveying, developing as-builts, and documenting existing conditions) and construction observations (including grading, foundations, framing, and building envelope). • Office work: This position will require drafting, document review, and report preparation. Training in all aspects of duties will be provided. Strong computer, communication, and client relation skills are required. Overtime and limited overnight trips may be required. Candidate must be interested and willing to learn new tasks and accept new responsibilities, have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record, and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
