A defended and innovative autonomous trucking system can be a more intelligent and sustainable solution of supply chains, improving customer relationships and eliminating emissions. We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to specialize in the retrofitting, wiring harness, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of autonomous vehicles. This role is essential for the smooth operation and innovation of our operational fleet. Responsibilities Retrofit heavy duty trucks with autonomous driving systems including but not limited to fabrication, cable routing and connection, subassembly, assembly, installation, sealing, setup, software / firmware upgrade, inspection, testing and validation…etc. Conduct detailed inspections, routine and preventative maintenance of vehicle systems, such as chassis, suspension, brakes, steering, throttle and autonomous systems. Diagnose and repair quality issues related to autonomous vehicles like sensor installation, cable connections, cleaning, leakage, and alignments. Perform modification and replacement for aftermarket autonomous vehicles. Manage tools, jigs, non-inventory items and other mateials as assigned. Requirements In-house manufacturing and quality assurance experience in assembly, installation, cable routing, metal fabrication, soldering and others, preferably in the auto or truck industry. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting vehicle systems. Capable of reading blue prints, wiring diagrams, SOPs and BOMs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in automotive mechanics, electrical and electronics, with specific skills in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) is preferred. ASE Certification, CVSA Inspection certification or relevant technical certification in automotive mechanics, with a focus on emerging technologies is preferred. Travel (
