• Burge Engineering & Associates (BEA) is looking to fill a full-time engineering technician position.

BEA is a San Antonio based Geotechnical Engineering Company. Experience is not required, but helpful. We train in-house. Duties of technicians include performing construction site inspections and testing concrete, asphalt, and soil in the field and laboratory. The position may also require the engineering technician to assist as a driller helper on our geotechnical drill rig. Applicants must:

have a valid Texas Drivers License, be able to lift up to 65 lbs, have a reliable vehicle to get to work, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. Applicants must be able and willing to work long hours, some weekends, early mornings, travel within Texas and stay out of town for up to 2 weeks.
