Hardware Systems Engineer - Secret Clearance

Job Description The Systems Engineer to supports a Hardware product team on a large defense program. The candidate should have experience taking on progressively challenging responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, and driving innovative solutions. They should be recognized as a self-starter with a proven ability to lead teams, learn quickly, and deliver results in dynamic environments. In this role the candidate will perform Systems Engineering functions such as requirements decomposition, system design, system integration & test, hardware fault analysis, hardware design (mechanical and electrical), hardware interfaces (mechanical and electrical), testing, and hardware to software interface definition. This team follows an Agile framework using Jira and Confluence to manage their backlog and document progress.
