Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MHD (Medical Hardware Development) Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing advanced medical hardware devices that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specifications and design requirements for medical hardware products. Lead the prototyping process, ensuring rapid iteration and refinement of hardware components. Conduct comprehensive testing and validation procedures to ensure device safety, efficacy, and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot technical issues during development phases and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test results, and regulatory compliance activities. Support manufacturing teams by providing technical guidance during production ramp-up and scale-up phases. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory updates relevant to medical hardware development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing or developing medical hardware devices or similar technical products. Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, embedded systems, and hardware testing methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements, ISO standards, or IEC regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward innovation and continuous improvement. Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and document technical details clearly. Nice-to-have skills include experience with CAD software for hardware design, proficiency in firmware development, or knowledge of sterilization processes.
