Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a Hardware Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, validating, and troubleshooting automotive electronic systems, with a focus on Engine Control Modules (ECMs) and related subsystems. Key Responsibilities Perform automotive electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis Work extensively with Engine Control Modules (ECMs) and associated systems Read and interpret: Electrical schematics Wiring diagrams Conduct ECU/ECM validation and field return analysis Use lab equipment such as: Oscilloscopes Digital multimeters Power supplies Electronic loads
Diagnose:
Component-level failures Electrical issues Thermal-related faults Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., CAN analyzers) Perform root cause analysis using methods like: 5-Why Fishbone diagrams Recreate failures in lab environments and work independently Analyze logs and correlate software behavior with hardware issues Collaborate with: Design teams Manufacturing teams Quality teams Maintain strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering
