Hardware Digital Engineer 2 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 180 Pleasant St Ste 211, Easthampton, MA 01027 Full-time Emerson 3,763 reviews Full-time The Systems R D team in the Aerospace, Defense and Government (ADG) Business Unit focuses on the design and development of components and systems in key application areas, including the testing of Electromechanical Systems used in mission critical applications. The Mixed Signal Hardware Engineer will design and build mixed signal circuit cards which are used to interface to the customers device under test. These circuit cards include both digital and analog circuits used to provide switching, loads and signal conditioning in a test system. The Staff Hardware Engineer will be directly responsible for product design and validation along with reviewing designs of other engineers. Key Qualifications Passionate in continuous learning and working with analog, digital, & other computer technologies Board level digital circuit design expertise Proficient in signal integrity analysis and measurement techniques Experience defining routing constraints for high-speed interfaces Experience in circuit design with CPU/SoC/Micro-controller Experience with engineering design tools and schematic design Proficiency with standard hardware lab equipment including scopes, logic analyzers, signal generators and power supplies. Test automation expertise with scripting/programming language HDL experience
