At Johnson Controls , our Engineering Training Program isn't just a job, it's a launchpad. This position is on our Fire Detection Hardware team based in Westford, MA. Over 14-18 months , you'll rotate through 3-4 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.
