- BAE Systems has recently been awarded new programs and is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth.
- Roles and Responsibilities (Section/People Manager):
- You will manage a team of engineers that will report to you.
- Roles and Responsibilities (Technical contributor):
- As an individual contributor, you will be assigned to work on one or more programs applying your hardware engineering skills to the entire product lifecycle of a program.
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Active DoD Secret security clearance + Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of work experience + Experience with hardware engineering development of DoD systems + Technical team leadership + Strong skill in people management and team collaboration within systems engineering and across the disciplines + Able to demonstrate timely decision making + Able to lead a team to adapt to changes effectively •Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills•+ M.
- Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
