BSEE or MSEE, 3+ years exp in Board level PCB design, mixed signal hardware design, exp debugging FPGA based hardware systemsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with hands-on ownership of FPGA-based mixed-signal PCB designs. This role focuses on schematic design, PCB development, and hardware bring-up for complex electronic systems. Candidates must have real-world PCB ownership and debug experience. FPGA-only, firmware-only, software-only, or test-focused backgrounds are not a fit. This is a fully on-site role supporting high-reliability hardware products.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop board level mixed-signal schematics and PCB layouts that meet electrical, mechanical and manufacturability requirements.

Design and develop board-level schematics and PCB layouts for complex electronic systemsImplement FPGA designs using Verilog and/or VHDLPerform hardware bring-up, validation, and debug of new designsConduct simulations and timing analysis to validate digital designsIntegrate analog and mixed-signal circuitry into FPGA-based systemsDebug and troubleshoot hardware issues in prototype and production environmentsUse laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and logic analyzers for debuggingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, and test engineersCreate design documentation, test procedures, and engineering reportsQualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MS preferred.3+ years of experience in board-level PCB design, including schematic capture and layoutExperience designing and debugging FPGA-based hardware systemsExperience with mixed-signal hardware design (analog and digital)Demonstrated experience with hardware bring-up and debuggingProficiency with Verilog and/or VHDLFamiliarity with digital design, synthesis, and simulation toolsComfortable using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power suppliesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical/Dental/VisionLife and AD&D401(k) with matchingVacationPTO/Sick TimeTution ReimbursementAnnual BonusCareer and Education developmentSchedule Flexibilityand More!
