End User Migration Technician

We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves hands-on technical support, including hardware installation, device configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with various hardware technologies, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware and associated peripherals to ensure seamless operation.
• Perform cable installations with precision while adhering to established safety standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
• Assist in the migration of end-user systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hardware installations and migrations.
• Communicate effectively with end users to address technical concerns and provide solutions.
