End User Migration Technician

We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of devices and systems, including Apple and Dell technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and associated peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform cable installations and verify proper connectivity for system functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing hardware-related issues effectively.
• Manage and maintain devices from Dell Technologies and Apple, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hardware to prevent potential failures.
• Collaborate with team members to execute migration tasks and resolve technical challenges.
• Document and report on system setups, issues, and resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and protocols during all technical operations.
• Train users on hardware functionality and basic troubleshooting methods when necessary.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and update systems as required.
