WHO YOU ARE

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity in Valley Forge, PA for a hardware engineer, supporting

RMS C6ISR

programs in Valley Forge, PA.

Support includes:

Analyzing customer requirements (power, cooling, environment, storage, and transportation), Develop and present PowerPoint presentations, develop Bills of Material, generate layouts, generate COTS modification and assembly drawings, coordinate material purchases with procurement department and approve of vendor quotes, Supervise and support hardware assembly tasks, coordinate with vendors to repair or replace defective or damaged equipment, identify and document facility work service mods, Coordinate and support equipment installation at test and customer facilities and provide customer support to help them resolve problems. Candidate will need to perform occasional RMA and FMECA analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Generally has 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Familiar with ruggedized mounting COTS hardware in racks and transit cases for military applications
• Familiar with military environmental requirements including temperature, humidity, shock, vibration
• Experience with developing Virtualized HW solutions
• Willingness to Travel OCONUS (Outside Continental United State) up to 20% of the

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
