The Opportunity:
A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, perfect for engineers who thrive in startup or growth-stage companies, where flexibility, problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats are valued. You'll work with cameras, sensors, embedded electronics, and system hardware, helping design, test, and deploy technology used across national and global projects. What You'll Do You'll be a vital part of our R D team, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the global business.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot embedded hardware systems including cameras, sensors, and electronics Prepare, test, and assemble hardware systems, wiring harnesses, and electronic components Work with wiring diagrams, hardware schematics, and embedded Linux systems Diagnose and resolve hardware, electronics, and system integration issues Contribute to hardware design documentation and engineering standards Support system deployments, upgrades, and monitoring across operational environments Collaborate with engineering teams across the US, UK, and Australia What We're Looking For You enjoy working across electronics, hardware, and embedded systems and are comfortable troubleshooting real-world technology. You have a knack for problem-solving and are comfortable learning and operating independently in a supportive environment.
You will also have:
A Background in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or similar Experience with electronics, hardware systems, or embedded devices Hands-on experience with wiring, hardware assembly, and system integration across multiple products Experience working in a fast-moving or startup-like environment, where flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are key The ability to read and work with wiring diagrams and hardware schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Bonus points if you have: Exposure to CAD tools (e.g. Fusion 360) Experience with sensors, cameras, or machine vision systems Linux systems or scripting (Python/Bash) Git, AWS, or cloud-connected hardware environments What we
