WFH/Remote Overview:

We are seeking a PCB Designer to join the System Controls Engineering team supporting the development of commercial HVAC equipment and building automation systems. This role will focus on developing high-quality, complex multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer while collaborating closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams. Qualifications Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent PCB design experience 3+ years of PCB design experience using Altium Designer or similar tools Strong experience with PCB layout and schematic interpretation Experience creating schematic symbols and PCB footprints Experience with Altium Vault, Concord Pro, or similar library management systems Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of high-speed differential circuits, memory interfaces, impedance control, RF, EMI optimization, and thermal considerations preferred Experience with Windchill PLM preferred Experience with Creo 3D component creation is a strong plus Knowledge of IPC, UL, and related electronic standards preferred Responsibilities Develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer Convert electrical schematics into PCB layouts in collaboration with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Design and support high-speed digital, analog, RF, and power circuit layouts Create and maintain engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, specifications, and Creo 3D component models Maintain and manage PCB component libraries Generate schematic symbols and PCB footprints Support PCB assembly manufacturing reviews and design-for-manufacturing initiatives Participate in cost savings, productivity improvements, and new technology/innovation activities Interpret datasheets and schematics to generate netlists and layout constraints Support engineering release processes within Windchill PLM #GRPA Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
