We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong RAN design, optimization, and planning expertise to support large-scale wireless deployments across the U.S. This role requires deep experience in 5G NR, LTE, and multi-vendor environments , along with proven leadership in managing complex, high-impact telecom projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RAN design, optimization, and tuning for LTE and 5G networks Drive large-scale projects (metro/statewide) as technical lead Perform radio network planning using tools like Planet EV and Atoll Conduct drive test analysis and optimization using TEMS, Actix, etc. Analyze and improveKPIs:
Accessibility Retainability Handover success rate Optimize parameters, features, and configurations for performance improvements Perform Monte Carlo simulations and model tuning Evaluate link budgets and propose new site deployments Work with Layer 3 messaging (LTE/5G) for troubleshooting Support 5G features (Massive MIMO, mmWave, CBRS, LAA, IoT) Recommend improvements and identify network expansion opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in RAN design, optimization, or implementation Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Proven leadership on 5+ projects , including 2 large-scale deployments Strong expertise in: 5GNR / LTE / CBRS
/ mmWave / Massive MIMO Planning tools: Atoll, Planet EV Optimization tools: TEMS, Actix, Agilent, R&S Deep understanding of: Link budget & RF planning Layer 3 signaling (LTE/5G) IRAT procedures ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) Monte Carlo analysis Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENM Strong KPI analysis and performance tuning skills Additional Skills Strong communication & stakeholder management Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. Proficiency in MS Office We are Connectors .
