Job Description
The position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing regulatory compliance related to operational and production permitting and approvals, as well as overseeing compliance tracking and monitoring activities. Additionally, this role provides technical support to the Engineering, Production and Field Operations, Environmental, and Safety departments.
Implement and enhance regulatory compliance reporting systems and related processes.
Prepare and submit technical reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders (e.g., webforms, AFMSS, FAA, and municipal submittals).Develop and deliver regulatory compliance and prevention training programs, and collaborate with operations to establish best management practices that ensure compliance.
Manage third-party contractors by overseeing schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion.
Coordinate with EHS staff and cross-functional teams to support well, facility, and gathering system development in compliance with applicable regulatory and permitting requirements.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and Local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to support operational objectives.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to share information and collaborate.
Promote a service-oriented, collaborative, and flexible work style.
Provide forward-looking planning and support for company initiatives.
Champion safe operating practices and ensure adherence to EHS&RC requirements.
Ensure all work aligns with company standards and expectations.
Participate in seminars and training to remain current on Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Role-Specific Technical Knowledge & Skills Maintain extensive knowledge of ECMC regulations, policies, and procedures.
Possess a working knowledge of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
Lead the implementation of compliance systems and related projects.
Manage third-party contractors as required.
Build, validate, and maintain data within database systems.
Conduct data analysis and evaluation to support compliance and operational needs.
Assist in the development of data collection processes and reporting tools.

Computer/Software Applications:
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of company and industry specific software applications, including WellView/SiteView, Execute, ACTS, Power BI, and Excel.Education:
Bachelors degree in Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a closely related scientific discipline is required.Typical Experience:
