Join Our Team as an EHS Specialist/Sr. Specialist in Raynham, MA Are you passionate about Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Join us at our Raynham, MA site, where you will play a crucial role in building a proactive EHS culture. As a key member of our team, you will influence decision-making and promote cross-site initiatives, teamwork, and collaboration across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a high level of EHS performance and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Provide technical support for EHS programs including warehouse safety, machine safety, industrial hygiene, and emergency preparedness.

Partner with local management to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for EHS program deficiencies.

Conduct ergonomic and machine safety risk assessments, and develop job safety analyses.

Support incident investigations and conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

Develop and deliver EHS training and support projects that reduce risk for Serious Injury Fatality (SIF) events.

Provide day-to-day support for the site's Medical Emergency Response Team.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS, Engineering, Science, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of related EHS work experience.

Experience with Chemical Management, Change Control, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response.

Ability to oversee and manage EHS projects and interpret complex regulatory issues.

Proficient in MS SharePoint and MS Office software programs.

Preferences:

Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing, laboratory, or office environment.

Technical knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Project management skills and experience in diverse EHS areas.

Certifications in CIH, CHMM, CSP, and/or

ISO 14001
