Fire Protection Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer with 4-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform multiple aspects of fire protection engineering services on multi-discipline building design projects of varying scope for commercial and government facilities using AutoCAD and occasionally Revit. This role requires a U.S fully work authorized person with a degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering. Responsibilities Perform fire protection engineering services on multi-discipline building design projects. Use AutoCAD and Revit for design purposes. Manage projects from start to finish with just the scope of work from the client and a client contact. Prepare and send out field proposals. Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit. 4-10 years of engineering experience in fire protection. Degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering. Ability to manage projects independently. Work Environment This is an in-office position requiring attendance five days a week, with 8-hour days starting between 7am and 8:30am. The work environment is dynamic and engaging, featuring lunch ping pong, corn hole, Xbox, Wii, and dart tournaments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr.
