Address safety concerns and maintain positive working relationships. Partner with teams to implement joint safety initiatives, including training and committee participation. Provide technical guidance to management and lead the site safety committee. Participate in continuous improvement activities and recommend enhancements to safety environment and facility practices. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Minimum three years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles within manufacturing Strong background in electrical safety, machine guarding, ergonomics, and employee training Proven success in implementing safety programs and improving compliance Bachelor's degree in environmental, health, and safety management or a related field is required. Thorough understanding of federal and Missouri -specific safety regulations Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and reporting capabilities Familiar with Lean and 5S principles and their application in safety practices Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion Willing to travel to other company sites and attend training as needed Let us learn about you! today.
