• 50 Flat Rate with Guaranteed Hours ( Discussed in Interview )

All Levels:

Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.) PMI/Digital Inspections

• Provide service recommendations to advisers Maintain accurate paperwork and a clean , safe work environment Represent All-Star Automotive at events and digital platforms Assist management as needed Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment (level-appropriate) Willingness to participate in in-house training Ability to operate tools (level-appropriate) Strong listening and communication skills

Master Tech:

Advanced diagnostics and testing procedures Perform complex repairs

• Fix it right the first time Mentor apprentices and growing technicians

Experienced:

Learn and perform diagnostic procedures Perform intermediate repairs under guidance

Entry Level:

Entry-level maintenance tasks (oil changes, tires rotations, etc.) Learn advanced procedures and assist senior techs

Preferred Certifications:

State Vehicle Inspection License (Must obtain within 60 days) ASE Certification (Plus if already obtained)

Requirements:
