The Senior Specialist is responsible for providing Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) support so that work activities, including construction, operation, maintenance and retirement of our energy systems, are conducted safely and in a manner that complies with all federal, state and local regulations in addition to company procedures and protocols. Perform EH&S incident analysis and collaborate with Operating Groups. Improve safety culture and compliance with managers and field crews. Conduct and document Job Site Safety Exchanges and assessments. Assist in investigations, spill reporting, and emergency response. Promote teamwork with union safety teams and committees. Communicate EH&S information at meetings and in the field. Implement strategies to protect workers and the public from hazards. Facilitate EH&S training sessions and coordinate response to environmental incidents.
