  • EHS Manager

    • This is a fully on-site role in Fairfield, OH!
    • This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits! (with the potential to extend)
    • In this role, you will provide
    • on-site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support
    • within a
    • manufacturing environment
    • by conducting
    • safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance reviews
    • to ensure adherence to
    • OSHA and EHS standards
    • . You will support
    • hazard identification, risk reduction initiatives, employee safety training, and corrective actions
    • while coaching
    • operators, supervisors, and managers
    • on safe work practices.
    • Responsibilities:
    • + Conduct
    • floor safety audits, hazard assessments, and safety observations
    • to identify risks and support
    • corrective action plans
    • . + Assist with
    • incident investigations, OSHA compliance, LOTO programs, machine safety, and emergency response initiatives
    • . + Provide
    • EHS guidance and training
    • to employees and leadership while maintaining
    • safety documentation and
    ISO 45001/ISO 14001
