The ideal candidate will help drive OSHA compliance, injury prevention, industrial hygiene programs, and continuous safety improvements while partnering with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. Responsibilities #healthcare2026 Support health and safety compliance and injury reduction initiatives. Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Manage industrial hygiene programs, PPE requirements, and hazardous material processes. Deliver Health & Safety training and support OSHA compliance. Analyze safety metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe manufacturing environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred). Experience with OSHA standards , industrial/manufacturing environments, and safety program implementation. Knowledge of industrial hygiene, behavior-based safety, and ergonomic assessments is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
