You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Providing technical support to manufacturing, distribution, vendors, and dealers to diagnose issues and implement effective packaging solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics to resolve packaging challenges and improve outcomes
• Evaluating packaging processes to optimize material usage, labor efficiency, and overall cost performance
• Leading efforts to design, test, and implement sustainable and cost-effective packaging solutions
• Supporting new product introductions by developing and implementing packaging that meets quality, cost, and timeline expectations
• Creating work instructions, maintaining accurate process documentation, and training operators on packaging standards
• Investigating quality and damage issues and driving continuous improvements to reduce complaints and improve product protection

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-year technical degree in Packaging Engineering or an equivalent field
• 1-10+ years of related experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams in manufacturing and office environments
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and processes
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience performing cost analysis related to packaging materials, cube optimization, and labor efficiency
• Familiarity with packaging design tools and systems such as CAPE, SAP, or Windchill
• Knowledge of ASTM and ISTA shipping test standards and validation methods
• Experience investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions to reduce damage or defects
• Creativity in developing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions
