As an Engineering Co-Op , you'll support all functional areas of our Engineering Team at our Birmingham campus, with a primary focus on Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) . You'll rotate through all three Engineering Departments— Manufacturing, Quality, and Design —gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact on the products we build. What You'll Do Participate in RCI events and engineering projects across multiple departments Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes and product quality Contribute to real-world solutions that directly support our production teams Gain exposure to Altec's custom manufacturing environment and engineering systems Basic Qualifications Enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university and in good academic standing Legally authorized to work in the United States At least 18 years of age Completed a minimum of 24 credit hours or hold sophomore standing Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale Why Altec?
