Plant Engineer Location:
Hope, Arkansas area Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) At least 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience Leading equipment installations, CAPEX projects, and facility improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, equipment design, and utility systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks CAD software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Excellent Project Management (PMP certification a plus), communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Basic Responsibilities Lead the design, installation, startup, and commissioning of Manufacturing equipment and Production systems. Manage Capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and contractor coordination. Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities that enhance safety, quality, reliability, capacity, and operational efficiency. Develop equipment layouts, specifications, engineering documentation, and standard operating procedures. Provide technical support for troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and process optimization while ensuring regulatory and food safety compliance.
