Key Responsibilities:
Apply in-depth knowledge of business processes and experience to create or improve solutions Interpret business issues and requirements to provide optimal solutions Identify and solve complex problems using technical and quantitative methods Lead and/or support projects to accomplish business goals Tailor communication of technical information to audience of peers and business partners Interact with internal and external customers to understand stakeholder needs Train, mentor, coach, and onboard junior team members Lead collaborations with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field AND Demonstration of the following Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL Preferred Qualification:
Strong process improvement and operational optimization skills Experience building relationships and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to operate as a consultant—providing objective insights and recommendations Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities through observation and analysis Experience acting as an "objective set of eyes" to diagnose business challenges and recommend solutions Experience supporting HR, people operations Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and concepts Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
