Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support , Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering. Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experienced Working Knowledge of varying technologies including Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk. Proficient level experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment The ideal candidate will have: ServiceNow TFE Cloud Management Portal, SQL Big Panda App Dynamics Thousand Eyes Splunk Incident Management

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Salary Range

•: $40 to $48.50 Per hour.
