Chandler, AZ to join their team. As a Production Support
Chandler, AZ, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Finance Regulatory Reporting (FRR) and CRR Data Sourcing/Adoption initiatives.

$60-70/hr What's the Job? Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems. Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production applications using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. Manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow. Own incidents end-to-end, including triage, root cause analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication, and prevention of recurrence. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials. What's Needed? 4 to 10 years of production support experience within financial services, preferably supporting regulatory reporting environments. Strong technical expertise in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases. Experience with shell scripting, Python, and Perl. Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. What's in it for me?
