Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support - Chandler, AZ to join their team. As a Production Support - Chandler, AZ, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Finance Regulatory Reporting (FRR) and CRR Data Sourcing/Adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, analytical thinking, and proactive communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.

+ Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production applications using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. + Manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow. + Own incidents end-to-end, including triage, root cause analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication, and prevention of recurrence. + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

• What's Needed?
• + 4 to 10 years of production support experience within financial services, preferably supporting regulatory reporting environments. + Strong technical expertise in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. + Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases. + Experience with shell scripting, Python, and Perl. + Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
