What you´ll do Drive supplier quality issues from complaint initiation through closure, including 8D corrective actions, effectiveness verification, escalation management, and communication of lessons learned. Analyze supplier quality performance data and complaint trends to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and escalate critical supplier concerns when necessary. Support supplier selection, qualification, onboarding, and development activities, including trial production approvals and supplier improvement programs. Conduct and support supplier, internal, certification, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain supplier specifications, manage raw material and packaging changes, and support incoming quality inspection requirements. Drive implementation of regional and global supplier quality strategies, providing training, system support, and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field, with 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Supplier Management. Experience in supplier quality processes, including supplier onboarding, complaint management, corrective actions, complaint resolution auditing. Proven experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive supplier performance improvements. Proficiency with
ERP/ SAP
systems, Microsoft Office, and quality management tools; experience in FMCG or automotive or aerospace manufacturing environments and willingness to travel are highly desirable. Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
