Position Summary:
The full-time, salaried Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of live service production for all weekly services (i.e. on-site indoor, off-site outdoor, etc). This includes managing video, lighting and sound. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, servant-leader who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible and passionate about ensuring high-quality worship experiences that align with the church's mission of glorifying God through LIFE.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1.
Service Production Management:
Oversee the technical aspects of main service production, including video, lighting, and sound Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that arise Coordinate with the pastoral, worship and communication teams to ensure seamless integration of all main service elements 2. Service volunteer and
Staff Coordination:
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and staff involved in main service production Create and manage schedules for volunteers and staff to ensure all roles are covered for each main service Provide ongoing training and support to ensure volunteers and staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively 3.
Church Event Coordination:
Plan and oversee technical aspects of special events and main services, such as holiday services, conferences, and church events Work with other church departments to ensure all technical needs are met for events 4.
Quality Control:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of service production to ensure a high standard is consistently maintained Implement feedback and improvements based on evaluations and input from church leadership 5.
Technical Maintenance and Upgrades:
Regularly inspect and maintain all main service production equipment Regularly inspect and maintain all churchwide production equipment Recommend and implement equipment upgrades and replacements as needed to ensure optimal performance in all environments with a priority on the main services

Pay:
