Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support packaging and manufacturing process optimization activities Troubleshoot production, process, and equipment-related issues Assist with process setup, startup, and manufacturing readiness Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality Support new product introduction and production ramp-up activities Help develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with technicians and operators to improve day-to-day manufacturing operations Support validation and testing activities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or process engineering Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiar with manufacturing processes, process controls, and continuous improvement Experience with plastics, injection molding, or automated production equipment is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience in cosmetics, consumer products, medical devices, or related industries preferred
