This individual will serve as the analytical backbone of the Production Control team - driving efficiency, reducing cost, and ensuring that material flow, inventory systems, and production processes operate at peak performance.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for a self-driven engineer who is equally comfortable on the factory floor analyzing a material flow problem as they are in a conference room presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will own projects end-to-end, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results that directly impact Tesla's ability to producevehicles atscale.
