Job Description
## Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for analyzing and designing sequences of operations, improving workflow efficiency, and guiding facility utilization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and design operation sequences and workflow to boost plant efficiency.
- Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revised operating methods.
- Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- Manage training programs and assist in accident‑prevention measures for production staff.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline)
- Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables
- Experience with SAP and an MES System
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as tableau ## Desired Skills
- Experience in analyzing cost and schedule metrics for a manufacturing company
- Experience developing resource capacity and manpower plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience with learning curve application
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
