- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. ## Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline)
• Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables
• Experience with SAP and an MES System
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as tableau ## Desired Skills
• Experience in analyzing cost and schedule metrics for a manufacturing company
• Experience developing resource capacity and manpower plans
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience with learning curve application

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
