Job Description Responsibilities:

Implementing and modifying PingFederate/PingAccess/PingOne application configurations and policies. Supporting application onboarding and routine SSO changes. Participating in incident bridges, executing log reviews, and performing initial troubleshooting. Reviewing authentication, infrastructure, and application logs (primarily Splunk) to isolate issues. Performing platform health checks and basic operational support. Working incident and request queues, escalating more complex issues when appropriate.

The ideal resource would have:

Experience administering PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne. Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and modern authentication concepts. Experience troubleshooting authentication flows and SSO integrations. Familiarity with Splunk or similar log analysis tools. Ability to work independently in a production operations environment and communicate effectively during incidents. We're looking for someone with enough hands-on experience to confidently support production operations and routine engineering work while partnering with our senior engineers on more complex initiatives.
