Do:

Utilizes Data Analytics to analyze existing operational processes and develop metrics and reporting to optimize and improve program & operational performance. Lead efforts as Digital Transformation Champion to align Apopka's goals with the sector and enterprise strategies. Creates new metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance. Analyzes lead times, queue times, work-in-process, cycle times, and throughput to meet customer demand most effectively and efficiently. Builds scalable and sustainable models to optimize product flow, while incorporating cost, schedule, and resource constraints. Develop optimized scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP systems with an executable plan given various capacity constraints. Communicates requirements, planning, and systems framework with IT, ERP, business analytics, and data science teams. Must be available on-site to support manufacturing and its schedule of operations. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Solid interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Solid presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.
