Job Description

Second shift hours: 3:30 p.m. to midnight Ensure compliance with established production standards, methods, and guidelines.
Oversee and manage all production activities for the assigned sub-segment/product to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
Apply appropriate methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to support KPI attainment.
Follow standard operating procedures and performance expectations at all times.
Contribute to, or lead, detailed production scheduling and order sequencing activities.
Review and approve production orders, and allocate internal operational resources accordingly.
Ensure the availability of required production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance support, and setup operations.
Identify and recommend procedural or organizational improvements to support continuous improvement in QCD.
Your Qualifications Associate's degree in in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred
Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes
