Join our team as an Industrial Engineer where you'll play a key role in improving production performance, launching new products, and influencing how our manufacturing operation evolves.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, collaborating across teams, and leading meaningful improvements that directly impact our business.
This role will sit on-site in New Haven, CT reporting to the Profit Center General Manager. What you will be doing Participate in Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization projects across multiple sites
Provide Industrial Engineering support, improving throughput, efficiency, material flow, and layout
Identify and drive cost reduction and productivity opportunities across labor, material, and capital investments
Support standardized work development and deployment
Evaluate current processes and recommend equipment, tooling, and layout improvements to increase capacity and efficiency
Partner on CAPEX projects, including justification, equipment selection, layout design, and implementation support
Maintain a strong Gemba presence, working directly with operators, supervisors, and site leaders to drive sustainable operational improvements
Support cross-functional collaboration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate policies, AADG programs, and the

Perform other duties as assigned What we are looking for Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools, including Kaizen events and project leadership
Demonstrated success driving cost savings, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies
Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor and influencing at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What we offer
