Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, product development, procurement, and suppliers. Communicate project progress, technical findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and co-op students, as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in packaging engineering, packaging development, or packaging systems. Hands-on experience with liquid filling processes for consumer packaged goods. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Experience supporting consumer goods packaging development and commercialization. Familiarity with packaging quality standards, validation processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
