Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking candidates for the 2027 NextGen Operations Program - Engineering. In this rotational role, you'll support distribution center design, process improvement, and automation projects across our wholesale wine and spirits network. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to analyze data, optimize material flow, and enhance safety and quality. Responsibilities Support engineering and process improvement projects within distribution centers and operations. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains. Assist in designing warehouse layouts, material flow, and automation solutions. Document and map current and future state processes and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, IT, and safety teams on cross-functional initiatives. Support implementation and testing of new systems, equipment, or process changes. Monitor KPIs and develop reports and presentations for leadership. Participate in rotational assignments across sites to learn end-to-end wholesale distribution. Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all project work.
