Our three-year Operations Leadership Development Program is designed for ambitious, high-potential graduates eager to make an impact from day one. This rotational program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering and product leaders. During the program, you'll complete three 12-month rotations in either Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Project Management and Operations Supervision/Leadership. Each rotation will expose you to a different stage of the operations lifecycle. You'll gain hands-on experience across critical areas of our business, collaborate with senior leaders, and develop the technical, commercial, and leadership skills needed for a successful long-term career. You'll contribute to meaningful business initiatives and learn from experienced leaders. You'll also work with cross-functional teams across the company. Through these experiences, you'll strengthen your technical expertise and operations understanding. You'll also develop the leadership skills needed to grow your career at Watts. This role is onsite and includes a rotation in 3 of our 4 key locations, including Ft. Worth, TX, Ft. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Engineering:

Support manufacturing operations by analyzing production processes, equipment performance, and operational metrics. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and root cause analysis activities to support continuous operations.
