The Production Engineer identifies manufacturing and delivery risks, analyzes production flow and constraints, and coordinates cross-functional recovery actions. The role monitors work orders, schedules, work in progress, capacity, and shipment readiness while supporting sustainable improvements and timely escalation of unresolved issues. Responsibilities Review upcoming sales orders to identify manufacturing and delivery risks. Analyze work orders, bottlenecks, queues, work in progress, capacity, materials, tooling, and quality constraints. Coordinate and track recovery actions for at-risk orders, escalating unresolved issues and missed commitments. Identify recurring production constraints and support permanent flow improvements. Monitor machining schedules, downstream operations, and shipment readiness. Maintain a manufacturing-floor presence to observe product flow and validate constraints.
