Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Danfoss Turbocor, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality and reliability of the components that power our innovative compressor technologies. Your work directly impacts product performance, customer satisfaction, and the strength of our global supply chain. You'll partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement, ensuring we meet the highest industry standards. What You'll Be Doing Lead supplier audits (quality systems, processes, and products) to ensure compliance with industry standards and Danfoss expectations Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturability and deliver consistent, high-quality components Develop and track supplier performance metrics, sharing insights that drive continuous improvement Act as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, resolving quality issues and strengthening relationships Manage nonconforming materials and corrective actions, ensuring root causes are addressed and issues do not recur Partner with engineering and inspection teams to enhance incoming quality controls and validation processes, including first article approvals What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or supplier management (automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries preferred) Strong knowledge of quality standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, or IATF Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, data analysis, and project management Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work across global teams Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international) ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
